....might because essentially, I think time is the healer of all broken hearts. You might be feeling like cap right now, like a big part of you has just been ripped out! But I promise you, it'll all be over in no time. you'll wonder why you even felt this way...
- Let it out: Cry if you need to, get angry, sing, etc... Whatever floats your boat. You need to let all the emotion out. Keeping them all bottled up inside can't be good...its okay to feel sad so express them but don't wallow in self pity.
- Talk to someone: Being all by yourself isn't going to help matters. This is where having reliable friends come in...talk to friends, tell them how you feel. You might need a shoulder to cry on.
- Keep busy: Engaging in activities other than thinking about it all the time helps too. Dress up, go out with friends, see a movie...engage your thoughts with other things.
