TO TRUST OR NOT TO?

Trust is a very essential part of every relationship. A relationship can never be complete nor stable if trust is not a part of it....

So many people are scared of giving out their trust...for fear of getting hurt. Yeah, I know it happens but why would you throw away something that's potentially beautiful just because you are scared? So someone broke your trust in the past, BIG DEAL....things like that happen to make us stronger not to make us stone cold. You can't live your life imagining what it might have been like if you had opened up to that special someone. You never know until you try...

For those who can't seem to trust anyone they are with...I think everyone is innocent until proven guilty. There's no point blocking off someone who hasn't done anything to deserve it. People say trust isn't given, its earned. But I beg to differ. I think everyone deserves to be given trust until they show that they are not worthy of it...After all, what is love? Giving someone the power to hurt you but TRUSTING them not to.

For those who have given their trust and had it broken...I'm sorry but give it time, you'll definitely heal. As for trusting them again? I don't know about you but its very hard because trust is like a piece of paper...once its crumpled, it can never be straight again...but hey we can always iron it *winks*. After all, where there is love there is always a way.

Whether its a friendship or relationship, all bonds are built on trust. Without it, you have NOTHING...

A short story
A boy and a girl were playing together. The boy had a collection of marbles while the girl had a collection of sweets.
The boy told the girl that he will give her all his marbles in exchange for her sweets. The girl agreed. The boy kept his biggest and most beautiful marble aside and gave her the rest. The girl gave him all her sweets as she had promised.
That night, the girl slept peacefully. But the boy couldn’t sleep because he kept wondering if the girl had hidden any sweets from him the way he had hidden his best marble.
Moral of the story:

If you don’t give your 100% in a relationship, you’ll always keep wondering if the other person has given his/her 100%...
